Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for preparing and organizing data, data quality, and monthly reconciliations primarily for the Accounts Payable function and reports to the Accounting Director.  This role will ensure all payables owed by the company are processed and reimbursed correctly within a timely fashion. The Accounting Analyst will work closely with the Accounting team and other Functional areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance to policy
  • Manage the weekly company credit card activity, including distribution of transactions to card holders for expense reporting
  • Perform accounts payable activities such as processing invoices and payments in a timely manner, vendor management, and 1099s
  • Record company cash disbursements and research any unusual items
  • Support month-end close and reconciliation process, including creating journal entries
  • Partner with Accounting team to assist with various audit inquiries throughout the year
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 1-3 years relevant experience; prior internships considered
  • Experience with Oracle or other large ERP system
  • High business acumen
  • Proficient with MS Office products, particularly with Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and competent follow through skills
  • High EQ and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required
