Brand Marketing Associate

The Brand Marketing Associate is a key member of the Vynamic marketing department, reporting to the Marketing & PR Director, and interacting extensively with the Head of BD and Marketing, vendor partners, and functions and consulting team members in Vynamic’s Philadelphia, Boston, Durham, and London offices. The Brand Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting ongoing and new efforts to position and establish Vynamic as a preeminent global healthcare industry management consulting firm, focusing on the unique needs of each hub and targeting both prospective clients and recruits.


Key Responsibilities:

Web Content & WordPress Platform Management – 35%

  • Create new team member web bio pages, oversee regular/ongoing maintenance and updates to team member web bios, and assist in implementation of future team member web bio enhancements
  • Maintain and update website awards, sponsorships, events, videos, photography, featured content, DEI programming, and other site content
  • Maintain website press kit and website Buzz (press) page
  • Assist in the creation of new case studies, insights, job postings, etc.
  • Regularly audit site for outdated content and proactive identification of issues (e.g., broken links, etc.)
  • Assist in the planning, organizing, testing, copywriting, and proofreading of website design enhancements
  • Support web vendor relationship(s) as needed


Brand Management – 35%

  • Translate brand standards into engaging marketing deliverables
  • Support branding project execution as needed
  • Audit internal adherence to Vynamic brand standards and implement or request changes as needed
  • Execute updates to collateral (e.g., pitch card, two-pager, BD deck, etc.) and coordinate printing, as needed
  • Support the design and development of Vynamic-branded team member and client swag and gifts
  • Support content development for team member promotion of individual “brand” knowledge/expertise
  • Assist in crafting marketing/brand-related internal communications and monitor internal communication channels for opportunities for collaboration
  • Assist in crafting external communications (e.g., press releases, social media copy, etc.) and provide input into ongoing content calendar
  • Create and maintain Vynamic SharePoint Marketing folder and other parent company content management platforms (DAM) with brand resources for the team
  • Assist in providing marketing support to functional leads, councils, and consultants to achieve business goals
  • Support vendor relationships as needed, including team member requests, accounts, etc.


Analytics – 15%

  • Develop, monitor, and report on key marketing and PR metrics
  • Assist in paid media research, execution, and tracking/analytics
  • Update Marketing dashboard, first week of every month
  • Monitor competitive web and social media presence
  • Liaise with UDG/Ashfield (parent company) to provide required analytics


Additional Marketing Support – 15%

  • Manage awards identification, survey set-up, entry form copy development, and internal communication strategy
  • Provide marketing support for conferences and events (registration, logistics, collateral, etc.) spanning multiple office locations
  • Provide marketing support for sponsorships (logos, materials, etc.) spanning multiple locations
  • Maintain physical Philadelphia office space branding elements (e.g. anniversary tiles, balance bar slideshow, greeting cards, press/client quote features) and support other office location branding needs
  • Coordinate internal and external photo/video shoot logistics


Competencies & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a related marketing role (healthcare or consulting industry experience a plus)
  • Passion for writing, strong written communication skills, and expert understanding of grammar
  • Experience in developing, monitoring, and reporting on key marketing and PR metrics
  • Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to adhere to and translate brand standards into engaging marketing deliverables
  • Strong knowledge of
      • WordPress
      • MS Office Products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
      • Digital Asset Management (DAM) program experience a plus
      • Google Analytics a plus
      • Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload independently in a fast-paced environment
