Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full cycle recruitment management from sourcing through offer negotiation and close. The Talent Acquisition Manager reports directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Director and will work closely with others across both the Functions and Consulting teams to achieve Vynamic’s recruiting goals. This team member will be able to own hiring for several geographic markets and support top of funnel candidate sourcing. This team member proactively identifies trends across markets to refine hiring profiles and iterate on hiring processes as needed. The Talent Acquisition Manager effectively manages stakeholder relationships throughout the business for both Consulting and Functional searches.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition (60%) 

  • Identify, source, recruit and interview active and passive candidates for Consulting teams and Functional teams as appropriate
  • Manage and assess candidate pipeline and update TA team, and appropriate geographic market stakeholders as needed 
  • Proactively manage stakeholder relationships through communication of hiring updates and market trends
  • Manage the referral process, pipeline and program
  • Manage the candidate selection process through offer acceptance 
  • Facilitating search kickoff meetings for new roles including job description creation and development of hiring profiles along with interview materials for evaluative purposes
  • Liaise with hiring managers as a coach and thought-partner in developing candidate profiles and refining candidate pool to fill Functional roles
  • Communicate and further develop the Vynamic brand while ensuring a positive candidate and interview team experience   
  • Educate and coach team members on talent acquisition process and interviewing techniques  
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to ensure a seamless candidate experience in working towards hiring goals
  • Consistently evaluate recruiting practices and processes and enhance on processes

Talent Sourcing and Market Research (20%) 

  • Work with Marketing and Talent teams to develop recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build top of the funnel activity including active and passive candidate sourcing for appropriate geographic markets
  • Report out on trends in different geographic markets to refine hiring profiles
  • Build and maintain passive talent pipeline through proactive market research 
  • Provide critical geographic and industry market research and analysis to help guide hiring strategy 
  • Support our Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategy 

Recruiting Coordination and Support (15%) 

  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews, debrief meetings and events 
  • Track and monitor team member compliance with interview guidelines and training  
  • Facilitate day of interview activities 

Other Projects (5%)

  • Provide administrative support to TA Lead and CPO as needed
  • Gather pertinent recruiting data as requested
  • Assist in executing additional projects (internal and external) as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • 3+ years working in recruiting and/or sourcing role 
  • Exposure to consulting or healthcare industry a plus 
  • Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing (using LinkedIn, online tools, or other sources) 
  • Demonstrated success in managing full cycle recruiting 
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and competent follow through skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task 
  • Excels in operating in a fast-paced environment 
  • Confidentiality with sensitive information 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Products
