Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for talent sourcing, full cycle recruiting management and support. The Talent Acquisition Manager reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Director and will work closely with others across both the Functions and Consulting teams.  This person would be in either Boston, Philadelphia or Durham.  This team member will be able to own hiring for one of our geographic markets (Boston, Philly, Durham or London) while supporting top of funnel candidate sourcing across several markets. 

 

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Talent Sourcing and Market Analysis (40% of Role) 

  • Work with Marketing and Talent teams to develop recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. 
  • Build top of the funnel activity including active and passive candidate sourcing 
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events. 
  • Build and maintain passive talent pipeline through proactive market research 
  • Provide critical geographic and industry market research and analysis to help guide hiring strategy 
  • Support our Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategy 

Full-cycle Talent Acquisition (40% of Role) 

  • Identify, source, recruit and interview active and passive candidates 
  • Manage and assess candidate pipeline and update TA team as needed 
  • Manage the candidate selection process through offer acceptanceCommunicate and further develop the Vynamic brand while ensuring a positive candidate and interview team experience  
  • Educate and coach team members on talent acquisition process and interviewing techniques 
  • Consistently evaluate recruiting practices and processes and enhance when needed 

Recruiting Coordination and Support (15% of Role) 

  • Coordinate travel plans for candidates  
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews, debrief meetings and events 
  • Track and monitor team member compliance with interview guidelines and training  
  • Facilitate day of interview activities 
  • Update and manage Recruit Tracker in SharePoint and Workday ATS 

Other Projects (5% of Role) 

  • Provide administrative support to CPO, TA and TM Lead as needed 
  • Gather pertinent recruiting data as requested 
  • Assist in executing additional projects (internal and external) as needed 

 

Qualifications

  • Must be based in Boston, Durham or Philadelphia 
  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • 3+ years working in recruiting and/or sourcing role 
  • Exposure to consulting or healthcare industry a plus 
  • Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing (using LinkedIn, online tools, or other sources) 
  • Demonstrated success in managing full cycle recruiting 
  • Excellent customer service orientation 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and competent follow through skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task 
  • Excels in operating in a fast pace environment 
  • Confidentiality with sensitive information 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Products
