A large Public Health organization was struggling with developing a reliable and repeatable approach to portfolio planning. They were challenged with articulating the cost and benefits of the initiatives necessary to meet their annual operating plan. They needed to capture and assess all current projects to determine how work should be performed moving forward.
Vynamic designed and led a program to jointly assess each initiative and create a foundation for improvement through an increased focus on structured project planning and team formation. Vynamic used a structured approach for prioritizing and identifying the work that would have the biggest impact for the organization and developed a consolidated, actionable corporate portfolio that would drive the necessary business results and success.
