Our Approach

Partnering with our client’s service line leadership, the Vynamic team:

  • Designed and coordinated a program kick-off with over 40 stakeholders from across the organization to align expectations, create teams, and synthesize large-scale goals into actionable items
  • Established project roles, meeting cadence, and project plans
  • Served as PMO for the three major initiatives; optimizing recruiting, streamlining clinical onboarding, and designing an innovative model to best staff patient cases
  • Facilitated multi-day design thinking workshops to define the future state for clinical onboarding and patient case staffing
  • Coordinated with enterprise-wide initiatives to support the optimized use of a new talent management technology system
