Compensation philosophy.

Interviewing at Vynamic.

We want you to put your best foot forward, which is why we’re transparent about what to expect from our application and interview process. While there may be slight variations by role, the journey outlined below should give you the insights needed to prepare effectively for interviewing at Vynamic. The timing between steps will vary based on the volume of applications received, so there’s no typical or standard evaluation timeline.

Step 1

Submit an application.

Found a role that interests you? Apply online. We assess applications as we receive them. We’re always looking to connect with experienced candidates who would bring value to our team.

Step 2

Talent acquisition initial contact.

If your background aligns with the skills and experiences we seek, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact you for an initial phone conversation. This will be an opportunity to bring your resume to life and share your interest in Vynamic and the role you want.

Step 3

Team member conversation.

Team member conversation. Next, we’ll invite you to a phone conversation with an existing member of the Vynamic team in a consulting or functional role, depending on the role you are pursuing. Through this conversation, you’ll have the opportunity to share more about your experience as well as to ask any questions about Vynamic.

Step 4

Interviews.

We round out the process with a series of virtual interviews conducted by existing Vynamic team members. These interviews are designed to evaluate your specific experience, how it aligns with the role you are pursuing, and how you present yourself. We encourage everyone to be their authentic selves. EQ is just as important as IQ, and we use these interviews to get to know you on both fronts. You’ll also be able to ask the Vynamic team questions to learn more about our work and culture.

Step 5

Welcome to the team.

We enjoy few things more than welcoming new members to our team. Our onboarding process includes a robust, multi-day orientation conducted cohort-style so you can embark on your career alongside other new team members. We host Vynamic orientation at our Philadelphia headquarters to ensure an immersive experience and personal time with leadership. We also recognize that onboarding is a multi-year and ongoing experience, so you’ll be placed in a Growing Green cohort to continue your development as a new Vynamic team member.
