I am currently a Board Member at Equinox, a human services organization in New York’s Capital Region that provides critical support and life enhancing opportunities to those on paths to recovery, healing, and independence. Equinox serves youth, adults and families whose lives have been impacted by domestic violence, drug and alcohol addictions, mental illness, homelessness, and the challenges of living amid poverty and violence.
Athletic pursuits
I’m a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and love Boxing and Kickboxing

Meditating, spending time with friends and family, cooking, or being outside
