A marine Biologist, which I haven't completely given up on - we've incorporated SCUBA diving into our travels and trips over the years.

Favorite travel destination
The outdoorsy side of me loved our trip to Costa Rica and all the hiking and animal watching. The foodie in me would say Italy, particularly spending a day cooking in the Tuscan countryside alongside Giulia Scarpaleggia, one of my favorite cookbook authors and podcaster.
My pet(s)
Otto Pizzicato-Sgarlato, our Aussiedoodle. My wife and I named him that because our parents both joked about naming their kids that, given the rhyming with our last names.
Where I unwind
In the kitchen, I'm a big home-cook, particularly known for my pizza making skills, working with the dough is a great way to blow off steam on a Friday night after a hard week.
