A global Healthcare Services and Technology company was struggling with defining and implementing the most efficient delivery model for their technology support operations. Much of the work effort had been outsourced to third party service providers or shared with other corporate operational units which led to inefficiencies in handoffs, delayed issue resolution and poor financial performance.
Vynamic worked with our customer’s technology teams to design and implement a program to assess the current work requirements across key administrative and operations functions and to test the feasibility of alternate sourcing options. Vynamic defined role requirements based on work demand, identified capability needs and gaps, and defined metrics and measurements that would drive continued performance and customer satisfaction while reducing overall cost to the business.
