As a child of immigrants, I watched my parents struggle to learn and trust the healthcare system here. I chose the healthcare industry to help make a difference in navigation and accessibility for people like my parents

Carolina Sunset – As someone who grew up in South Carolina, I can proudly say the Carolinas have some of the most beautiful, vibrant sunsets. It is something to look forward to and keeps me coming back home

Dance. I am professionally trained in two Indian classical dance forms and was on a national competitive fusion dance team
Hobby I’ve spent way too much time on
Photography! As I started to explore photography and editing styles more I found that a lot of styles were not conducive to brown and darker skin tones. I’ve set my art to focus on highlighting diversity and culture – giving all skin colors a chance to glow behind the camera. Check out my work here.
Interesting summer job
I was a counselor at a summer camp for first generation Indian Americans – which is where I met my now fiancé, 10 years ago!
