Favorite healthy activities
I love riding bikes to stay mentally and physically healthy. As a spoke in Michigan, I have access to great riding options - trails, gravel, and pavement.
My Vynamic color
My first adult bike was purple, made by a company named Spooky. That was 15 years ago, but that bike sparked an enduring hobby that has brought me a lot of happiness since.
Greatest lesson learned
I grew up living overseas with my family in Japan and England. I lived as a cultural minority, and developed a keen sense of empathy. I think our world would be a better place if everyone had first-hand experience living as an outsider.
