Throughout the year, Vynamic hosts the following signature and cultural events to unite our team members.
Every spring, all Vynamic team members gather in Philadelphia to reconnect as a team. Anchored in our values and focused on fostering and reaffirming our cultural connection, Summit Up is planned intentionally around a chosen theme and features an external guest speaker to inspire us.
Hosted every fall in each office location, Healthiest Day is an annual event that brings our team members together to focus on health and sustainability. Collectively, we use this day to recommit to our vision of being the healthiest company in the world.
Every winter, the Vynamic team celebrates collective achievements at our annual All-Star Party (ASP). This night is an opportunity to show appreciation for team members’ contributions and accomplishments with food, dancing, and an inventive theme.
Each year, across our geographic locations, Vynamic team members plan and execute a series of engaging, small-group events, focused on building a particular skill or sharing experiences and personal passions.
