Building relationships through events.

With so many things to appreciate about the Vynamic experience, we ask team members to pinpoint what they value most about our company. And while everyone has a unique experience and perspective, it’s striking how consistently we hear this simple response: the people.

Vynamic team events bring people together. We view them as an important, strategic component of our culture. When we provide the opportunity to connect outside of work and simply focus on having fun together, we find that our team is more engaged, collaborative, and motivated to succeed.

Throughout the year, Vynamic hosts the following signature and cultural events to unite our team members.

Summit Up

Every spring, all Vynamic team members gather in Philadelphia to reconnect as a team. Anchored in our values and focused on fostering and reaffirming our cultural connection, Summit Up is planned intentionally around a chosen theme and features an external guest speaker to inspire us.

Healthiest Day

Hosted every fall in each office location, Healthiest Day is an annual event that brings our team members together to focus on health and sustainability. Collectively, we use this day to recommit to our vision of being the healthiest company in the world.

All-Star Party

Every winter, the Vynamic team celebrates collective achievements at our annual All-Star Party (ASP). This night is an opportunity to show appreciation for team members’ contributions and accomplishments with food, dancing, and an inventive theme.

Thrive Live

Each year, across our geographic locations, Vynamic team members plan and execute a series of engaging, small-group events, focused on building a particular skill or sharing experiences and personal passions.

Philadelphia Summer Soiree

The Philadelphia team gathered to celebrate the end of summer at our annual Summer Soiree at the Independence Beer Garden.

A Day in the City for Chicago

For their latest Thrive Live event, members of the Chicago team took a cruise along the Chicago River. It was a beautiful day to take in stunning city views, catch up with new and old colleagues, and enjoy local beverages and deep dish pizza.

Boston shucks oysters

For their latest Thrive Live event, members of the Boston team gathered together for an oyster tasting and shucking experience with guidance from Island Creek Oysters. The team was equipped with the proper tools and later enjoyed a delicious meal from Kured.

A Home run for Durham

Members of the Durham team gathered together for a night of baseball at the Durham Bulls Stadium. The team watched the game from a suite and enjoyed tasty food and beverages.

Philadelphia makes watercolors from scratch

Members of the Philadelphia team spent the evening with Keystone Paints and learned how to make watercolors from scratch. The team put on their aprons, mixed and mulled pigments into paint, and ended the night with pizza and ice cream sandwiches from Vetri.

Summit Up

Vynamic team members gathered in Philadelphia for Summit Up 2023 – our annual in-person all-company meeting that inspires and connects us as a team. With this year’s theme of “Answer The Bell,” our focus was on learning from and supporting each other to navigate life’s challenges with success. Here, at Vynamic, there is always someone in your corner.

Philadelphia joins the circus

Members of the Philadelphia team spent the evening at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts for their latest Thrive Live event. The team tested their aptitude for balancing acts, trampolining, juggling, and the aerial sling, and capped off the event with dinner and drinks at Manayunk Brewing Company.

Taking a swing at Drive Shack

Members of the Durham team gathered at Drive Shack, a golf entertainment and event headquarters, for their first Thrive Live event of the year. The team showed off their golfing skills while enjoying great company, food, and drinks.

Boston rallies for pickleball

The Boston team tried their hands at the fastest growing sport in America, pickleball, for their latest Thrive Live event. Team members learned the game with a lesson from a pickleball coach, and after some practice and rallying, paired up and ended the night with a fun double-elimination tournament. The championship game ended in a tie, so a rematch will be needed in the future.

Fine French dining

The Durham team participated in a Thrive Live cooking class at Wynton’s World Cooking School. The team worked together to create an elaborate 4-course French dinner including baked brie, vichyssoise soup, mesclun salad, Poulet aux Quarante Gousses d’Ail, and chocolate mousse. While enjoying this 5-star cuisine, the team had a chance to catch-up and connect, all while enjoying each other’s company.

Healthiest Day

Vynamic’s global team celebrated The Healthiest Day in Philadelphia, Boston, and London. This annual meeting inspires team members to develop deeper connections and focus on ways to live and work in a healthier and more sustainable way.

Feeling cheesy at Hook & Master

Embarking on a journey in the world of cheesemaking, the Philadelphia team gathered together for the final Thrive Live of the year at Hook & Master. While learning about how cheese is made, the team got to sample delicious products from Perrystead Dairy, which were accompanied by a variety of different courses.

The Crystal Maze Experience

The Vynamic London team put their minds to the test by partaking in Thrive Live – Crystal Maze Experience. This challenge mimicked an iconic 90s gameshow that tested participants’ mental and physical abilities by taking them through four different time periods. Following their time travel, tacos, drinks, and a lot of laughs were much deserved to help wrap up and celebrate an incredible evening!

Philadelphia Summer Soiree

Summer was in full swing as the team gathered together for a night of fun. The 2022 Summer Soiree kicked off at the Independence Beer Garden and was accompanied by an evening of beautiful weather and even better company. The team mixed, mingled; and shared plenty of laughs and conversations over good drinks and a Mexican Fiesta-inspired spread. It was great to see a ton of friendly faces and a few new team members as well. This get together was definitely a night to remember!

Van Gogh: The immersive experience

The Durham team “Immersed” in an incredible Thrive Live event under the stars. The night began with a walk through the Van Gogh Experience in Raleigh and ended with dinner at The Oak where delicious food and plenty of good conversations were shared.

London team reaches new heights

The Vynamic London team reached new heights, as they embarked on a journey to the treetops! With Tarzan Swings, high jumps, tree crossings, and more, the team added a new meaning to “Thriving Live”! After an adventurous afternoon, drinks and pizza were enjoyed along the beautiful London skyline.

Summer solstice sailing soirée

The Vynamic Boston team gathered for a summer solstice sailing soirée Thrive Live event. After a series of races on the water, the team enjoyed some beverages, food, and cornhole at The Anchor bar nearby.

Vynation in bloom

Philadelphia team members gathered to create their own summer bouquets and learned about the art of flower arranging – but it didn’t stop there. The team also created custom vases using chalk paint. Following the event, dinner was enjoyed among the beautiful new arrangements.
