Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for talent sourcing, full cycle recruiting management, and support. The Talent Acquisition Manager reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Director and will work closely with others across both the Functions and Consulting teams. This person would be in either Boston, Philadelphia, or Durham. This team member will be able to own hiring for one of our geographic markets (Boston, Philly, DurhamLondon, or remote hiring) while supporting top of funnel candidate sourcing across several markets and specialties. 

 

 

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Full Cycle Talent Acquisition – 60%

  • Identify, source, recruit and interview active and passive candidates 
  • Manage and assess candidate pipeline and update TM team as needed 
  • Manage the candidate selection process through offer acceptance  
  • Serve as point of contact throughout selection process  
  • Communicate and further develop the Vynamic brand while ensuring a positive candidate and interview team experience   
  • Educate and coach team members on talent acquisition process and interviewing techniques  
  • Consistently evaluate recruiting practices and processes and enhance when needed 

 

Talent Sourcing and Market Research - 20% 

  • Work with Marketing and Talent teams to develop recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  • Build top of the funnel activity including active and passive candidate sourcing 
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Build and maintain passive talent pipeline through proactive market research  
  • Provide critical geographic and industry market research and analysis to help guide hiring strategy  
  • Support DEI recruiting strategies

 

Recruiting Coordination and Support – 15%

  • Track and monitor team member compliance with interview guidelines and training
  • Facilitate day of interview activities
  • Update and manage Recruit Tracker in SharePoint

 

Other Projects – 5%

  • Assist in executing additional projects (internal and external) as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years working in Talent Acquisition as a full-cycle recruiter
  • Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing (using LinkedIn, online tools, or other sources)
  • Demonstrated success in managing full cycle recruiting
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and competent follow through skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excels in operating in a fast pace environment
  • Confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Products
