Conducted internal stakeholder interviews with diagnostics team members to inform strategic recommendations​.

Analyzed diagnostic approvals and public health recommendations to understand the changes to the diagnostics and surveillance environment caused by COVID-19.

Analog Analysis

Analyzed the impact of the 2009 H1N1 pandemic on diagnostics and surveillance as an analog to the COVID-19 pandemic and compared/contrasted the effects.
