The goal was to enable providers to better manage their member populations and drive performance within Value-Based arrangements. With multiple departments and an off-shore delivery team, the client required oversight of the overall program execution and a thought partner to ensure a robust solution.

Our Approach

Partnering with the clinical, analytics, and technology teams, Vynamic:

  • Strategized with key stakeholders to establish project roles, meeting cadence, project plan, and program goals
  • Leveraged the Agile methodology to drive execution work
  • Ran cross-functional design sessions to create detailed requirements and utilized design mock-ups to capture future state capabilities
  • Led launch activities including training, communication and other deployment activities for internal stakeholders and external users

Program success factors included:

1. Creating a “One Stop Shop” – Acted as a central point of contact to enable consistent communication and collaboration across multiple departments

2. Workshopping Solution Design – Focused and structured brainstorming sessions that led to actionable solutions

4. Adopting an Agile Approach – Bi-weekly reviews of development output and concurrent pilots with end users enabled multiple opportunities for stakeholder feedback

The Results

The Provider Reporting & Analytics solution was rolled out 20+ health systems and 1,000+ primary care physician offices. The solution helped rationalize 40+ reports down to 20, and allowed for deployment of the first externally-facing Business Intelligence tool for the health plan.
