A global Healthcare Services and Technology company was struggling with new product innovation and growth. A decline in revenue had forced budget reductions and the CTO was challenged to do more with less while remaining competitive in the marketplace. The CTO wanted to create an organization capable of driving change and growth while also contributing greater to the business bottom line.
