Our approach
Partnering with our client’s service line leadership, the Vynamic team:
- Designed and coordinated a program kick-off with over 40 stakeholders from across the organization to align expectations, create teams, and synthesize large-scale goals into actionable items
- Established project roles, meeting cadence, and project plans
- Served as PMO for the three major initiatives; optimizing recruiting, streamlining clinical onboarding, and designing an innovative model to best staff patient cases
- Facilitated multi-day design thinking workshops to define the future state for clinical onboarding and patient case staffing
- Coordinated with enterprise-wide initiatives to support the optimized use of a new talent management technology system

The results
Pilots for new clinical onboarding and patient case staffing models were successfully deployed, hitting major ‘Year 1’ milestones. Additionally, the service line successfully implemented new recruiting operations, moving the client towards achieving their strategic goals.
