Why the Healthcare industry
I believe that your health is the foundation of your quality of life, and so I couldn’t think of a more impactful industry to work in. Poor health and healthcare issues affect us all at some point and interacting with the healthcare system should not add stress to what can be an already difficult situation. I chose to work in the healthcare industry to help build a better process and provide everyone the best shot at a long, full life

Hobby I’ve spent way too much time on
Making playlists! I love discovering new music and using playlist creation as a way to learn about new genres
Interesting summer job
I spent the summer of 2016 interning at Taipei Medical University Hospital in Taiwan. I split my time between two functions: assisting with hospital logistics, including looking after the Queen Mother of Swaziland (now Eswatini); and completing an independent research project into global preparedness for pandemic influenza

The NY Public Library app! You can download books straight to your phone for free, and this has kept me reading constantly
