Create a path, but don’t write detailed directions. It’s great to have a vision, but try to be flexible and open to experiences that may not align to your initial plan. You never know where they’ll lead.

Professional passion
I really enjoy strategic work; tackling big, complex challenges, distilling them into actionable themes, and piecing it all together in a way that drives positive change. I also love all things Culture. Navigating ways of working, engagement, and organizational dynamics is always fascinating to me.
Why the health industry
After a personal life experience, I left my corporate career to pursue a career in Medicine. Though my program and clinical experience were invaluable, I decided to change course and instead leverage this experience to help improve health operations after witnessing the opportunities first-hand.
Favorite travel destination
Italy. My family is Italian, and so I have always loved the culture (and food, of course!). I studied abroad in Florence and had the opportunity to explore different parts of the country. I love all parts of Italy, but I would say that southern Italy is my favorite!
I'm certified as
A yoga instructor. I got my 200-hour certification at Core Power Yoga. It was a humbling experience!

Passion Purple is the color of The Kicks4Chris Foundation, a non-profit organization that I co-founded in 2015 to raise money for Penn Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center.
