My husband, daughter, and cat. We are an international family with one foot in the states and the other in Spain where we spend as much time as possible with our family and friends.
Exercise! I try and carve out time every day to move my body. Maybe that is yoga, tennis, or walking with my family. It helps me recenter myself and always boosts my mood!
