We believe the long-term future of health depends on our ability to embed sustainability in how we work and live. We’re committed to building a better tomorrow, combatting climate change, and ultimately propelling progress toward a cleaner, more sustainable planet.

To lead our communities in building a sustainable, healthy planet.
Our team had the opportunity to learn about the detrimental effects of the fashion industry on the environment, how leading brands are making changes to curb their environmental impact, and how we can take action as consumers.
To recognize Earth Day, we held our first all-company, sustainability-focused competition. The Vynamic team engaged in transportation, meal prep, and product swap activities across all four of our office locations. The London team was ultimately crowned the winner.
Incremental progress adds up to impressive change. We’re proud to say that our London office has completely removed single-use plastics, and our Philadelphia office is on track to achieve the same.
We’re proud to present our second annual Sustainability report, which details our team’s strategic efforts, activities, and community engagements throughout 2023, and offers a look ahead to our goals for 2024.
Impactful sustainability requires us to reach beyond our own business and into the communities in which we live and work. Our community engagement efforts allow team members to give back, ensuring that the ripple effect of our work will be far-reaching and long-lasting.
The Vynamic London team worked to make use of surplus food in partnership with Foodcycle, a local organization that aims to make food poverty, loneliness, and waste a thing of the past for every community. By utilizing more than 25kg of surplus food that would have otherwise been thrown away, our team prepared multiple three-course meals and delivered them to a local homeless shelter.
The Philadelphia team partnered with United by Blue to participate in a clean-up effort for one of the city’s largest parks and waterfronts. We’re proud to have played a role in the organization’s overall accomplishment of removing more than four million pounds of trash from public spaces.
“I’ve been passionate about sustainability and specifically climate change as one of the defining challenges facing us as a species since high school. I was able to further that passion through my studies and earned an Environmental Science degree. While my career path went the healthcare consulting route, I’ve always looked for ways I can help my company, clients, and communities be part of the solution to build a healthier planet.”
“I’m a health and wellness fanatic turned healthy planet advocate. The deeper I dove into all things health and wellness, the more apparent it became that our health is inextricably linked to our planet. If I’m aiming to be the healthiest version of myself, I need to support our planet along the way. It’s been a great first year working with this passionate group to make meaningful changes, inspire our communities, and support our planet.”
