This project culminated with the hiring, training and launch of a new sales force. Vynamic also simultaneously directed multiple client teams to achieve commercial readiness in less than 5 months – several weeks ahead of schedule.
Launching this new patient therapy from this business unit is the #1 strategic priority for our client. Additionally, this organization design laid the groundwork for the future of the business unit, including global commercialization and multiple pipeline products.
