Our life sciences client acquired a new pre-commercial specialty medicine but lacked a business unit to launch or support it. Both a rapid sales force roll-out and a new commercialization strategy were needed amid moving timelines.
The approach
Vynamic was engaged by our client’s Commercial and Operations leadership to design a new specialty business unit, which included activation of market development, initial product positioning, and multiple Sales Force deployment scenarios. This project culminated with the hiring, training and launch of a new sales force. Vynamic also simultaneously directed multiple client teams to achieve commercial readiness in less than 5 months – several weeks ahead of schedule.
The results
Launching this new patient therapy from this business unit is the #1 strategic priority for our client. Additionally, this organization design laid the groundwork for the future of the business unit, including global commercialization and multiple pipeline products.
