A global Healthcare Provider desired to create a new revenue stream for its wellness and prevention suite of online digital health coaching programs. Their existing business model was based solely on a business-to-business (BTB) revenue stream, and there was a strong desire to diversify and develop new channels and offerings.
Vynamic mobilized a team and employed a co-creation approach to help the provider execute on its direct to consumer strategic initiative. The Vynamic team had overall program management responsibilities and also functioned as the provider’s liaison with Medical, Legal and Regulatory affairs to ensure the site and its content were staying within regulations. Upon site launch, Vynamic moved from a program management capacity into an online marketing and strategic execution role.
