Governmental and privatized Public Health programs have never been more complex or fluid. As public health sets the framework for all other healthcare sectors, healthcare organizations must devise and implement strategies that can adapt to changes in the regulatory and fiscal environment to execute their missions and serve their communities and customers. These strategies need to address such challenges as a changing landscape for funding, increased scrutiny on social programs and the continuing implementation of regulations set forth by Federal and State governments.
